Building training strategies involves preparing staff with an advanced skill set and providing trained staff for your organization.

It  It is essential to educate and train our work team to provide them with the appropriate guidance to develop their work activities and for their personal training, at Grupo Quiromar we know the important role that it represents in companies, that is why today we want to share with you some key aspects to create an employee training strategy.

Step 1: Analyze the topic or approach

In the first place, we must determine all the key aspects to carry out the training. For example, if an organization wants its workers to be more efficient. The improvement variables and the perspective of the collaborators must be taken into account.

We need to use the ADDIE model to do the evaluation. ADDIE stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. 

We must identify a fundamental and clear commercial objective for the training supports, it is necessary to propose the solution through training to a work situation.

In the development process we must create a plan or schedule of the phases and approach, necessary times for training, then the participation of collaborators in the implementation phase must be encouraged and finally evaluate the results obtained.

Step 2: SWOT Analysis

First it is important that we identify  the organization’s strengths over competitors. We need to improve the set of knowledge and approaches of the collaborators in the area in order to be ahead of the competition.

We need to find the weaknesses or liabilities of the company. It is important to identify them to link these key aspects in the training.

We must seize every opportunity that comes our way. Market trends and gaps are always present. We must identify them and strengthen the knowledge of our work team.

Step 3: Work material

It is important to know and prepare the necessary inputs for the activities, in the training the implementation of creative tasks allows to improve the understanding and participation of the collaborators.
